A furious woman stormed into a church with her children to demand a wedding ceremony be stopped – because the groom was her husband.

Groom Abraham Muyunda allegedly told his wife earlier in the day he was going of town for work, but actually was going to attend his own wedding.

The drama happened at a Catholic church in Chainda in the Zambian capital of Lusaka, reports the Zambian Observer.

Mr Muyunda’s alleged wife, named locally as Caroline Mubita, apparently heard about the wedding from neighbours and rushed to the church to put a stop to the proceedings.

She is heard saying in the footage: ‘Father, this wedding cannot go on. This man right here is my husband. I don’t know what is happening here.’

“Children should be allowed to be children & have their innocence protected,” fellow Texas House candidate Jenny Garcia Sharon concurred.

At least three children have been hospitalized after their fingers were injured by a Muller fan, with one losing a finger to the fan’s blades.

The father of one three-year-old boy related how, in a busy moment just before the Sukkot festival, his son stuck his fingers between the metal mesh of the finger guard. The whirling metal blades literally sliced off his son’s finger. Then, in hospital, he met the parents of other children who had suffered similar injuries.

“This fan has stainless-steel blades and the product insert says that the mesh is especially dense for ‘maximum safety,’” one father related. “My son had to be taken to Tel Hashomer hospital and underwent an operation to reattach his finger. We found two other families there with children with injuries from Muller fans. One little boy suffered a deep cut and had

US ‘outraged’ by rocket attack that killed women, children

BAGHDAD (AP) – The U.S. State Department said Tuesday it was outraged by a rocket attack a day earlier that killed Iraqi civilians and called on the government to take action amid an impending diplomatic crisis between Baghdad and Washington.

The attack and subsequent condemnation come after the U.S. threatened to close its embassy in Baghdad unless Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi’s administration reins in Iran-backed armed groups responsible for frequent rocket fire and roadside bomb attacks targeting the American presence in the country.

“We are outraged by yesterday’s rocket attack in Baghdad that killed civilians, including a mother and her children,” State Department spokeswoman Morgan Ortagus said in a statement.

In response to the embassy closure threats, the prime minister’s spokesman said in his weekly news conference Tuesday that the closure of any diplomatic mission would have detrimental consequences for regional security.

“The withdrawal or closure of any diplomatic mission
