An exciting opportunity for universal PR a creative, energetic and ambitious Communication Exec to join our dynamic team of go-getters. Working for a global travel brand universal press release based in our Sydney CBD office.

THE POSITION

Within the Marketing Team, the purpose of this position is to develop Club Med’s share of voice through Communication, PR & Partnerships strategies that will engage customers and prospects and deepen their attachment to our brand.

YOUR MISSIONS :

PR: supported by our local PR agency, define and implement the brand universal PR (https://my.wobbjobs.com) Strategy and influencer program. Manage the day to day of our PR activities to maximise coverage and positive Word of mouth.

SOCIAL MEDIA: Engage, manage and extend Club Med’s online community through social media (primarily Facebook)

COMMUNCIATIONS: Contribute to the roll out of the team’s communication plans working closely with the Head of Marketing, by identifying angles and developing messaging and storytelling to nourish all communication channels including eDM, website, social media and PR

PARTNERSHIPS: PR Initiate and PR manage brand partnerships and events to drive exposure and PR for Club Med and press release nurture ongoing relationships with key pre-existing partners

MANAGEMENT: create and implement the annual communication strategy plan and manage a full-time intern

PROFESSIONALLY, YOU POSSESS…

4-5+ years’ experience working within a fast-paced communications role managing earned media. A degree in marketing, communications, or PR is a plus but experience and talent matter most!

A great understanding of PR strategies and passion for driving positive conversations and word of mouth

Experience with social media strategy

A knack for understanding your audience, and strategically developing communication angles that strongly resonates

Advanced copy writing skills in English, and PR the ability to expertly craft copy that reinforces Club Med’s unique spirit and tone of voice

Advanced presentation skills and PR confidence to act as the brand spokesperson
